Terms of Use — Dronapix Cadence
Version 1.0 — last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
Dronapix Cadence is a service provided by Dronapix SNC (general partnership), enterprise number BE 1021.019.723, Rue Charles Bouvier 127, 5004 Bouge (Namur), Belgium, contact: contact@dronapix.eu. These terms form the contract between you and Dronapix SNC for your use of the service. By ticking the acceptance box on the consent screen, you accept them.
Dronapix Cadence is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin. "Garmin" and "Garmin Connect" are trademarks of their owners.
2. The service
Dronapix Cadence lets the AI assistant you use (for example Claude) create, schedule, list and delete running workouts in your Garmin Connect account so that they appear on your watch. A Garmin Connect account is required; you sign in to Garmin on Garmin's own website, and we never see your password. The service is currently offered as a test (beta) version and may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn.
3. Your commitments
You agree to:
- use the service only for your own Garmin Connect account and for personal purposes;
- send to Garmin only workouts you have the right to create, and not use the service if you are not allowed to transmit data to Garmin Connect;
- comply with the Garmin Connect terms of use;
- not use the service in an abusive or excessive manner, not attempt to bypass its protections, and not disrupt its operation or Garmin's;
- not use the service in any context where human life or safety may be at stake;
- protect access to your Garmin account and AI assistant, and tell us without delay of any unauthorized use.
4. Health and training
Dronapix Cadence provides neither medical advice nor personalized training advice: it passes to your watch the workouts that you (or your assistant, at your request) define. You alone remain responsible for the workouts you choose to perform and for the paces, loads and heart rates you target. If in doubt about your health, consult a healthcare professional before training. Workouts proposed by an AI may contain errors: review them before following them.
5. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. It includes the artificial intelligence transparency statement, your rights, and how to disconnect and delete your data.
6. Garmin
The service depends on Garmin's API and services, over which we have no control. Garmin may change, limit or interrupt access at any time; the service may then stop working, in whole or in part. The workouts sent to Garmin and your Garmin Connect account remain governed by Garmin's terms and policy.
7. Your content
You keep your rights in the workouts you create. You authorize Dronapix SNC to process them only to the extent necessary to provide the service, and acknowledge that data transmitted to Garmin may be used by Garmin under its own terms.
8. Warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind as to its availability, accuracy, freedom from error, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with your devices, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dronapix SNC is not liable for indirect or intangible damages (loss of data, profit or opportunity, injury resulting from a workout you followed, service interruption) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. For a free service, Dronapix SNC's total liability to you is limited to 1 euro. These limitations also apply for the benefit of Garmin and its licensors. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our fault, nor the rights that mandatory law grants you as a consumer.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or end your access in case of use contrary to these terms or the law, or if Garmin so requests, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice where possible.
11. Reporting abuse
To report abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use of the service, or an infringement of your rights: contact@dronapix.eu. We reply within 10 days.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. The version and date at the top show the latest version; each change receives a new version number and is recorded in the history below. For a material change, we will state it prominently on this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your agreement again. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance where the law allows.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, please first contact us at contact@dronapix.eu to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the Belgian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have under the law to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
